for some reason when my computer was updating wizard101 my computer reset and ever since this event the game we not launch it instructs me to download the game but when i do it comes up with fail to launch with the fame instructions

i have but support said it was to vague and i have no error either it frustrating i was wondering if anyone else may of had this problem
