the card says it does high damage then it really does. The card says 130 per pip but it only does 45 per pip.

I believe that is 130 per pip divided by 3 rounds. That would be about 45 per pip per round. I hope that helps.

The math is correct.

It does 130 damage per pip, distributed evenly over three rounds, meaning that it does about 45 damage, per pip, per round.
