it appears that i can not complete this quest for everything i approach the tub of apples the spooky bob dialog box pops up and i have no way of getting to the apples in the dunking tub. if i go around to the back side i get no dialog box at all... please either move the tub or move bob.... i may not be the only one with this problem

Are you going to the correct tub of apples ? You will get several quest that will ask you to search for the tub of apples throughout wizard city. The first one you need to find is in Golem Court. Double check you quest card and make sure you have chosen the right location. If you are at the wrong tub, you won't get the option to interact with it.

If you quest card say the one in the shopping district and you are not getting the option to interact with it , best thing to do would be to contact help and support.
