What is the point in the hair piece drops if we can't even change the color?

I got the Abracadabra hair piece from a boss in the new world.
But it's a color that I absolutely don't like. The only thing I can do is sell it
or feed it to my pet because I have no use for it in that color.
If I want it, I have to spend my crowns on it just to get a color that I want.

That's not cool.
