My wife and I have a shared family account, I have purchased a gift certificate for her but it came to my email address. How can she redeem this certificate and receive the ice elf?

It's quite simple! Just have the person that wants to redeem the gift certificate (or gift card) go to www.wizard101.com and log in with their own username/password > Redeem Card or Code > select the appropriate venue & follow the directions!
These redemptions do NOT require logging in to the master/main account.
