I was playing in Grizzlehiem today and I got the quest to defeat that bear in the Roughland and take his sword to be able to get into Frostholm. I thought the bear was in the dungeon itself, so I went and it said I could enter, even though I shouldn't have been able too. I played through the entire dungeon, but it didn't count as me beating it because I didn't have the right quest. Has this happened to anyone else?
