i own a fire house but every time i get on the teleporter it doesn't work

please help i sent a ticket and it didn't reply

The teleporter won't work if certain items are on it or on a square adjacent to it.

If you have a chair, table, rug, etc. on a square next to the teleporter, including diagonally, try moving it away.

If you can't move something, try the "move everything to attic" command.

Let us know if this fixes it.
