I don't know if this is intentional or not but when you solo run the "New School of Magic" instance, the Exemplar Commander uses a shadow spell cheat to summon her minion, Giles, but if you go in with another wizard he is already there from the start. Also, the lantern by the sigil for Ebenezer's House stays blue even after the quest is finished. Additionally, is the island in Northeast Aeroplains supposed to be accessible, because I keep seeing silver chests spawn there and there is no way to reach them.
