Whenever i go into emperors retreat, even with the maximum ammount of people, i'm the only one i see. And from what i heard i dont wanna solo emperors retreat. This also happened once in Throne room of fire. If this happened to anyone else please let me know. And if a KI person reads this fix it.

Others have posted about this too. My suggestion while KI looks into this:
If this happens to you go back outside the dungeon, change realms to a less crowded server. Tell your friends/group members which realm you are on. Then try the sigil again.
Of course, this suggestion only works if you are grouped or are friends.
