Elixir Vitae glitch

So recently, My friend and I did Tartarus together. He did one million damage on Zeus and for some reason, he got the Elixir Vitae badge from it. Is this a glitch? Or a new update?

That's the badge for healing a million. DId he use a drain spell?

You get the "Elixir Vitae" badge when you heal someone/yourself for 1 million.

well my Fire has it and I never healed on it so explain that
