Earn Crowns Offer

So I have a few questions about the earning crowns offer-
1. I heard it contracts viruses, is this true?
2. I've been watching tons of ads but it doesn't count I watched them..
and yes I waited until it said "You Have Earned 10 Crowns"
*If you can help that'd be great.. and yes I know it says
"They may take a few minutes to arrive" but then a few minutes later..
I'd still have the same balance.

Hello,

The Earn Crowns videos should certainly not be giving you any virus on your computer.

It can take a few days for the Crowns to appear in your account, so please be patient.

before I changed computers, I was given earn crowns videos in game by the crown shop in the top left corner of the screen but since I have changed computers it doesn't have that and what can I do to get it.

If you wish to watch videos for Crowns, you can turn on the Earn Crowns button by visiting the advanced gameplay section in your Wizard101 settings.
