The donate power spell card now reads "steal pips from target", is this an error? If not, then the name should be changed. Also, the target of the spell is a friendly, thus you're stealing pips from your neighbor. Help!
The spell hasn't changed. The text got messed up. This was reported during test but hasn't been fixed yet. I'm sure they'll get to it but it isn't a big problem because it still works normally.

This confused me the first time I read it as well. I'd also like to see the spell take the casting Wizard's power pip% into consideration when donating. Giving a friend two regular pips at higher levels is arguably worse than nothing at all.
