I went and bought crowns on the website using pay by mobile. I spent 50 dollars worth of crowns when I went to go check it said I had zero crowns. I have the text that was sent saying my phone bill was charged. I also check the crown history and it did not say when it was added please please help me with this problem.

You should send an e-mail to support@wizard101.com and ask them to help you. Give them the UserName for the account (but never give out your password). They should be able to help you.
