Crashes on KI + Steam Launchers

Whenever I start up the game, I can't even start it up.

The launcher when pressing Login, it closes launcher automatically and I don't even have to press Login. Later it follows up with a message of "A problem has occured - Do you wish you report this error?" This is a new a laptop I recently bought and I can't even play Wizard101, it meets all the requirements.
