I recently bought the recipe to craft Nadezha's Cowl of Recovery. I finished the Khrysalis crafting quest and obtained all the reagents and TC needed to craft it. Problem is, I need the nontradable (pvp allowed) cycle of life TC. I have the tradeable ones. I asked my friends about crafting their school version of the hat I'm trying to craft and they said that either versions of the TC worked for them. If so, how come it doesn't work for my hat? I would like to be able to craft the hat w/out solo farming a boss for hours until I get the nontradeable TC.
