A DxDiag is a utility designed to display the specifications of the user's hardware, as well as to test DirectX software, including sound and video. If you are asked for this information in an email, it helps the support group relate your gaming issue to your personal computer.
To create a dxdiag.txt just go to Start -> Run (or Search in Vista) and enter dxdiag and click OK. Once the program has run its course, click "Save all Information" and it will output a txt file that you can attach to your email.
it sounds like the prob i frequently get. you equip on new or different clothes, and the picture of them on you doesnt load. it shows the starter robes you chose instead. this also creates new problems, like when i stand on a sigil, and i dont look like i'm off my mount. like if i was on a unicorn mount, i would still look like i was on it, even though i'm not supposed to be. its SO ANNOYING! this could also make things like hats look wierd, b/c your hair shows through the hat. like a problem i had once. i was in Malistaire's dungeon and i put on a different hat. instead of showing the one i switched, it showed the hood that covers the lower part of you face, with my hair showing through it. it looked freaking awesome in the front, but in the back it was horrible. pls fix this, KI.
