Character won't load.

Every time I log on to Wizard101, it goes on perfectly. But when it pops up my character doesn't load and nothing else does either. It stays at "Regalia Hades Body 0%" I have no clue what that means or how to fix it?

Regalia Hades in not a Wizard 101 character, it is Pirate 101.

I am currently suffering from the same problem. Were you able to fix it?
