Character is missing

My son's character has disappeared. He is able to log on and get onto it, but his character is no longer there. Does anyone know how to get it back?

The sooner you send a request to Mr Lincoln at support@wizard101.com, the better the chance you have of recovering your deleted character.

Mr Lincoln will need to know:
a) The Account name ( but NEVER EVER the password)
b) Character Name
c) Character Level
d) When approximately the character was deleted.
