Cant get to Wysteria??

Hello Kingsisle! On my level 56 storm (Alexis StormCaller), I can't get the quest to go to Wysteria. Idk what's going on. Can you please help??

Hello Alexis,

Have you visited Merle Ambrose and accepted the quest "To the Registrar"? That should start you on your way to Wysteria.

Yes, I've been there multiple times, but that quest isn't there.
