Can't get new ice spell

Mr.Lincoln told me to go talk to someone and that it would involve Grizzleheim. I tried talking to Baldur Goldpaws,Ambrose and my teacher, but none of them would tell me anything.Does anyone know what to do

Did you talk to Baldr in Olde Town or in Northgard? Talk to Baldr in Olde Town if you have only tried to talk to him in Northgard.
