I have an in game problem. I've tried Help several times. In each case I did the Knowledgebase search, didn't find an answer, and proceeded to the Contact Us page.
Both times I pick the category and sub-topic, entered a description, and tried to use Continue. No matter what I do Continue does nothing.
Current problem is I've lost the Zeke Smith quest in WC. He has a gray ? over his head. The last smith I found was on Triton. I looked in journal to see where next area I should look is and the quest is no longer in my journal.
