When I purchased the majestic bundle I was told I could choose between 5,000 Crowns or 1 month of membership. Upon logging into the game I received 5,000 Crowns and am left without membership. Is there a way to spend my 5,000 crowns on 1 month membership, or can customer support remove my crowns and give me 1 month membership? or will I have to spend the extra 10 dollars in order to enjoy the game fully?
If you bought the bundle on our website, you will get the 5000 crowns and no membership. Physical prepaid cards that you would buy at a store will give you the option of 1 month membership or crowns, but not those purchased on our website. Sorry for the confusion.
