Broken teleport in Kishibe Villige

The butterfly teleport stone does not turn on I have experienced this on two different wizards and my friend has also experienced the same issue.

It is just tempermental...try again backing off, coming from new directions, eventually it will click on.

did you go to the teleporter till it lit up if it not lit up it wont work

It is a bit sticky I think. You have to move back and forth a few times in the general area of it to get it to light up.
