My friend had accidently deleted her account. She got really far and she was so tired she accidently deleted it. Now she is bummed and doesnt know what to do. Is there a way to get it back? Help please.
Your friend (not you!) must contact our customer support team as soon as possible. The sooner she contacts them, the better chance they have of recovering her character.
We have put safeguards in place to prevent people from 'accidentally' deleting their character. The fact you have to type in an eleven letter word usually prevents unaware deletion. We offer character recover service only as a courtesy, and if too much time has elapsed, we will not recover the 'accidentally' deleted character.
Have your friend log in to the website here at wizard101.com with her account information (accounts are not deleted, only characters are deleted) and use the Help & Support tab to use the 'Contact Us' form.
