I have bought memberships with a credit card many times, and I always look in the parental controls to turn open chat on but it won't let me. can anyone help me with that?
Hi Darclient3, 18+ Open Chat can only be unlocked by players over the age of 18. If the option to enable Open Chat isn’t available and the birthday associated with your account is showing you’re over 18, then you’ll definitely want to contact support@wizard101.com for more assistance. Thanks and hopefully support can help you out with enabling this option.
18+ Plus chat isn't a option in Parental Control, or membership accessed. Its only for players over the age of 18+ Sorry! 13+ chat (Text Chat) is accessed by permission from a parent and accessed from membership.
