i just leveled up to 44 and it said i can get a new spell but i have a new teacher and i can't find her or him
The new spell maybe the one that is given extra at lvl 34 in Grizzlehiem? It is given by the bear who stands at the foot of the stairs by the Main Fort. I think that the wording is one out side your teachers spells given. Your main teacher will not change because of this extra spell questing.
He also gives the books quest so make sure you decline that one if you don't want to search for them.
