ok i have tried litterally 20 times to get my gear in waterworks finally one fifth time i got my hat and on like the 11 try i finally got my boots then i did it again and on like the 15 try i got another hat and now on the 20 time i get more boots can you make it easier to get the gear ps i still havent gotten the robe yet
geez, waterworks sounds hard! I'm almost a GrandMaster but i just started Dragonspyre. I would also like Waterworks to be easier before I have to do it. :)

I collected my storm robe on first try; ice robe on 6th try; and Fire robe on 7th try and I am just glad to be done with it for now. I don't need the hats cause I prefer the level 56 crafted hats but I did collect 2 fire hats. I have yet to get any boots but I can get by without them, for now at least.
I agree that it should not be so random or hard to collect the gear. I would like to see a second chance chest added, or you chances increase with each subsequent attempt.
I have 6 Legendary Wizards on this account and 4 Legendary Wizards on my other account and everyone has all their legendary gear already!
I see absolutely nothing wrong with the drop rate, at all.
Now, if they had it, to where you got everyone elses gear and it was no trade, like it was before, I could see complaining, but this new setup and drop rate is perfect!
As for making the water works easier, someone else posted, you have not even gone through the dungeon yet, and you want it to be made easier?
