Quest: All is Revealed ... Bugged???

I am stuck.

I lit the shelves on fire, defeated the guards and flipped the switches.

Defeated the ravin Minun Mistweaver and companion. Quest did not complete.

After researching the quest, I do not recall the dialog using the Dust of Discovery, so I went in again and there was no dialog.

Shelves are burning; switches are flipped and cannot be redone.

I cannot complete the quest Can anyone help

oh i see what happened. i just did that quest. you have to go to the cage and open it. but i suggest dont fight the guards again.
