New GrizzleHeim quest

i was just wondering, why on earth is the new GrizzleHeim quest not loading for me? I mean, it worked for me fine in the test realm, but its not even loading. If anyone is having the same problem, or a way to fix it, please quote on this page

Not everything on the Test Realm makes it to the Live Realm - patience traveler, all good things in their own time.
If you want the prize, you have to build the ladder rung by rung. There are no shortcuts.
