to get the level 55 spell you need to kill a boss but he is too powerful he used stormzilla and did 2500 damage to me with a blade and a critical that i blocked can someone please tell me why he did so much damage.
if you havent noticed, the critical rating shows you how much of the critical you will block, like lets say you have 10 critical rating, you wont block as much as someone with 30 or 60 rating, the rating is not the percentage, and there is always the suggestion of a storm shield
