At level 40 I was summoned by Merle and so was my friend and he got the mission and I didn't I waited about 5 minutes to go but did that change anything? Will I get to go soon? ( I have already beaten the all the other missions I can ) - Goha10
In order to enter Ravenscar you must complete all the main story line in Grizzlehiems first three areas, then if you are below level 40 wait, go rest like he tells you to, lol. At level 40 you go back up on the fort ramp and talk to the bear for the quest to defeat Jotun, after that big fight you are given access to Ravenscar.
