Once I reached level 45, I was asked to go back to Grizzleheim to talk to someone according to Ambrose. I believe it is for a new spell at level 45 but I am not for sure. If someone could help me please figure this out, I would greatly appreciate it.

There is a level 35 spell quest there but usually what the other reminder is because you have not done the last part of GH which is the Jotun fight and Ravenscar.
