I did GH and WT and didnt get my new spells kinda making me mad because i wasted my time and didnt get the spell. I would like to know how you get. Is it a sidequest or what?
I am not a storm school wizard, so I don't know if that is an in school spell or not. Any time you are due for a new spell, someone will pop up on your screen to inform you. You can get the treasure card version of insane bolt in the bazaar, though.
