Houses for Grizzleheim; Why not?

Well, every other place has houses, so why not Grizzleheim? I was thinking of a small cabin, a pond/river and forest landscape for the first.

The second, a large cabin, a pond/river, a path to a hill/mountain and a forest landscape.

They have furniture but no houses, that kind of bugs me for some awkard reason.
