Hall Of The Ice Forge????

What is the hall of the ice forge for? Is it for the lvl.58 Ice spell quest, or something else? Plz respond soon, & ty for reading.

It is the Grizzleheim crafting station, which contains the Crafting Anvil. It is only used for special purposes, and Master Artisan (and higher) crafters are allowed to use it.
