can't go to ravenscar

I am level 45 and I never got the quest to go to ravenscar. I have tried going to the headmaster and talking to the king in grizzlehelm. Can anyone tell me how to get the quest to go to ravenscar I need it so I can complete the books and the yardbirds. I have the quest to go to the area below zeke.

I believe that you need to finish the Jotun quest in Nedaviller before you get the Quest for ravenscar

Juton has 9000 health but does not do spells that much. two bosses help him alon with a noob that has 1050 health

Well I cant go in either and where do you find hte guy that has 9000 health?
