Im level 55 balance. I skipped grizzleheim, but I want to do it now because the spell Availing Hands required a quest from grizzleheim. I cant go back there. It says they're no quests available. What do I do?

Nothing is preventing you from returning to Grizzleheim through any Spiral door and continuing on that quest. If you do not have Grizzleheim in your Spiral Door list, please contact us via email to help@kingsisle.com
