He is at the end of the level 35 quest. And level 35 should be able to handle 4000 hp easy enough by then, especially with the level 33 spells, blades, traps, etc.

BUT YOU MUST REMEMBER TO ALSO HAVE A SUPER HIGH PIP PERCENTAGE So you can play those high level cards effectivly or suffer a lot of greyed out card hands. main goal is to have the highest power pip percentage but balance your health and mana , and then the rest of your stats. This game can get very complacted very fast you know?
