Where can I find to craft grassy mound?

grassy mound can i craft it, or do i have to get it from fighting someone please help!!!

Its a crafted item , you buy the recipe in DS from the main crafting vender.

You can get it from the DS crafting person in the Athinian. You must be a Master crafted to buy and craft it.
