Roger The Shrubber Quest Is Bugged

Hi there I have left lot post about this also have contacted KI support I not getting anywhere. I am lvl 79 storm. Quest never came up. I am not being contacted at all. I need your help Miss Grey Rose. I have been waiting over 2 weeks still not contacting me. What do I do help me please

There are requirements, young Wizard.

You must complete the quest "Sumner's Tale" in Caliburn AND "Between Two Shrubs" in Dun Dara before Roger the Shrubber will appear.

Our records show you have not taken the quest "Between Two Shrubs" yet.
