When I click the soil spell to make a new spot of soil I can`t put it anywhere

I am going to assume your house has a garden area, so just point it at a section of grass.

You cannot use it inside a house or in the dorm...for these areas you must buy a pot.

if its in a dorm room you have to have a vase if its outside your house then you may just have to keep looking for a spot if its inside your house you need a vase.
If this doesnt work contact mr lincon.
