Pixies while gardening

Where do these pixies come when i grow plants? They appear on some an not on others it confuses me D: Someone please explain

Certian plants have a chance of atracting a pixie. It is random if the pixie will come or not, but if it does it will help your plants grow faster.

Pixies are a like.
They come through certain plants, such as red bell peppers, orange dandelions, and couch potatoes. There are also others, use http://www.wizard101central.com/wiki to help you find them! :)
