I have not worked on my gardening for a long time. I am currently an adept gardener and don't know who I need to speak to next, to advance to master gardener.
To go up lvl in gardening doesnt need any talking, when you harvest a plant it gives you xp which helps in leveling your gardening rank.
But, to get higher rank gardening spells, you can buy the first set of garden spells from farley in wizard city the next set of spells from krok charlie and the next from mooshu and ye there's one in cl too A guy with good pest spells are in zf dragonflies and pest zapper( idk if this is the actual name)
