HELP! Somethings wrong with my pink dandelion

I planted a pink dandelion and a dandelion about 3-4 days ago. The dandelion is nearly matured, but the pink one isn't doing anything. It made it to young plant and has been this way. It hasn't needed anything.

Is this normal for this plant?

The crown plants take a little longer to mature.

Anytime! The fly traps takes a while too. Just for future refrence.
