I spent some time this morning in Baobab Crossroads and caught the following:

Looked around for a Zafaria fishing guide by someone on the test realm and didn't find one. If someone knows of one, would appreciate a link!
I've caught every fish in the spiral (except for a couple of seasonals I'll get later this year), so I'm looking forward to getting all the new ones in Zafaria!

I answered my own question. I found a good guide on the SwordRoll's Blog website. It's not on the allowed link sites, so I'm not linking here. But if you search for Zafaria Fishing, it pops right up.
Assuming that site is the full list of new species in Zafaria, I've not caught them all.
