Yep. But they weren't always easy to find. Some of my wizards caught them their fishing trip out to the Jade Palace, others had to go back 3 or 4 times before I finally found one.
What I found funny was that 2 of my wizards found their Goldfin-ger before they ever caught a Dragon Eel, and at one time I thought it was near impossible to find that one.
I have caught several and found them to be not to difficult - might have just been lucky on the day I went fishing - just like real life fishing for me
