Halloween Mystery Fish

Does anyone know where to catch the Halloween Mystery Fish? I want to catch it as a souvenir to help me remember the first Halloween with fishing. People say it's in Entrance Hall, and I've been fishing there. Is it a specific size?

May I add that the Vampire Squid in the Entrance Hall is in the right pond where the Dekois, Lifecudas, Brain Sturgeon, and Sturgeon General spawn.

I have caught it on both sides. It is easier to locate on right side since it will be the ONLY death fish.
