According to my recipe for a Digmoore Pogo Stick mount, I need 10 Brain Sturgeon. According to Wiki, that is *common*. I sat for 30 minutes fishing...Collected 4 *rare* fishes, I don't want. Collected 0 *common* fishes I do want.
Explain the defined value this game uses in programming, that allows for that. The fact it is listed as common, I should've at least gotten 3, since I fished 30x. Yet I didn't. That's 0% out of 30. Common to me would be 1 in 3. Rare to me would be 1 in 10. I don't do the programming, but those are good base guesses. By no stretch in that equation would I or should I have gained 4 *rare* fish and 0 common off 30 attempts.
