Question about Scroll of Fortune

If I were to buy a scroll of Fortune at 420 points, would the scroll of fortune be able to unlock both previous and future rewards? For example, if I got one now- I would unlock the previous rewards I earned before the 420 point reward. But would I be able to also access the 455 reward and beyond? Or would I have to purchase another scroll of fortune?

It's more like you get access to all the rewards for less than 420 points! After that, you still have to get more points for the rewards you want. The scroll of fortune would let you get the rewards in the future as you gain more points.

I don't understand anything about Scroll of Fortune. I did read the thing.

Have to do tasks to get points to... what?

Can anyone give an 'explain like I'm five?'
