Where do I get the Obsidian Chest quest from?

I am ahead of my friends in DS and they tell me it gives good exp and lvled them up I figure its in that last MB dungeon but not sure I feel stupid for asking but who do you get it from?

You get it form Ashley after doing the Labyrinth. It is a main story quest.

Ashley the Fire Tree in Dragonspyre gives that quest.
